On behalf of the Organizing Committee, we are pleased to invite you to participate to the 3rd International Advances in Applied Physics and Material Science Congress which will be held in 2013.

APMAS 2013 intends to be a global forum for researchers and engineers to present and discuss recent innovations and new techniques in Applied Physics and Material Science.  In addition to scientific seminars, a wide range of social programs including city tours and visits to historical places will be available

The Organizing Committee also encourages companies and institutions to showcase their modern products and equipment in the conference area.

Poster Preparation Instructions
Please prepare your poster to fit the dimensions below, it is recommended that poster be prepared on one sheet of cardboard. Alternatively presenters may display their material on several smaller sheets.
The dimensions of the poster should not exceed 100 cm wide x 100cm high but does not necessarily have to fill the entire dimension and must be oriented in the "landscape" position.
Allocate the top of the poster for the title and authors as stated on the submitted abstract.
The text, illustrations, etc should be bold enough to be read from a distance of two meters.
Double sided tape and technical equipment will be available for the mounting of posters. Staff will also be available to assist you.
Please refer to the Final Scientific Program that will be ready on April 5, 2013 for the number of the poster board allocated to you. Please use the board with the same number.

Poster presenters are invited to stand next to their poster during their session time as indicated in the program.
The Organizing Committee will not be responsible for posters that are not removed by the end of sessions on Sunday, April 28

Manuscript Preparation

1) Please download and fill out the copyright form www.apmas2013.org/tca_blank.pdf
2) Please sign and scan the copyright form
3) Paste your copyright form as the last page of your manuscript (next page after the references) to upload them in the same file
4) Erase the abstract file that you have uploaded before and upload the new file containing the manuscript and copyright form.
5) Please do not forget to write PACS numbers and take extreme caution to the given format in http://www.apmas2013.org/proceeding.html.
6) Due to time constraints, manuscripts that are not formatted accordingly will be directly rejected by scientific committee without asking for revision.
7) If your manuscript is longer than 8 pages make sure to reduce to 8 pages before submission
8) If your manuscript is between 4-8 pages, make sure to pay the extra page charges ( 50 Euro per page) before 28 April,2013
9) The manuscript upload page will be closed on 28 April,2013 at 18:00 GMT

NEW !!! IMPORTANT NOTES:
1) Regular registration deadline ends April 17, 2013 at 18:00 GMT. Any payment after that date will be charged as onsite payment.
2) Please send your flight itinerary (arrival date, time and flight number) until April 17, 2013 at 18:00 GMT.
3) If you are staying in the hotel, airport-hotel transfers will be free of charge. If you are not staying in the hotel but would like to come for registration to the hotel. One way transfer fee of 30 Euro will be added to your registration fee.
4) If you are staying in the hotel the social program will be free of charge (welcome cocktail, excursion to ancient city of Phaselis and the boat tour, gala dinner). If you are not staying in the hotel but would like to join to the social program 100 Euro will be added to your registration fee.
